We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied:

• Returns  accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• To start a return, please email: info@wearadaora.com with your order number      and reason.
• Refunds (excluding shipping) are processed within 5–7 business day after      we receive your item.

Please Note: 

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

All sales on clearance or discounted items are final. However, store credit will be provided, which can be applied to a future purchase. Customers are responsible for returning the items in their original, unused condition 

Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on turbans, head wraps, pierced jewelry, or swimwear. 

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return after we’ve received your parcel. If you choose to return your item using An Post or another local courier or drop-off service within Ireland, this timeframe may vary slightly depending on the service used.
