Returns and Refunds

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- To start a return, please email info@wearadaora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, are processed after we have received and inspected your returned item.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return after your parcel has been received. Once your return has been approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Clearance and Sale Items
All sales on clearance or discounted items are final. However, store credit may be provided and can be applied to a future purchase.
Customers are responsible for returning items in their original, unused condition.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hygiene-sensitive products, including turbans, head wraps, pierced jewellery, or swimwear, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wearadaora.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
Using a Courier or Drop-Off Service
If you choose to return your item using An Post, another local courier, or a drop-off service within Ireland, the return timeframe may vary depending on the service used.
