We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- To start a return, please email: info@wearadaora.com with your order number and reason.
- Refunds (excluding shipping) are processed within 5–7 business day after we receive your item.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Clearance/Sale Items
All sales on clearance or discounted items are final. However, store credit will be provided, which can be applied to a future purchase. Customers are responsible for returning the items in their original, unused condition
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on turbans, head wraps, pierced jewelry, or swimwear.
